Minimum Spend for Redemption
A minimum spend of AUD $300 in a single transaction is required to redeem loyalty points or vouchers.

Combination of Rewards
Loyalty rewards may be used in conjunction with up to two (2) discounts, offers, or vouchers per visit per person, or as otherwise specified by Elanova Skin Clinic.

Non-Transferable & No Cash Value
Loyalty points and vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or credit.

Treatment Eligibility
Loyalty rewards are valid for aesthetic treatments only and cannot be used toward products, gift cards, consultation fees, or other non-treatment services unless otherwise stated.

Birthday Voucher Eligibility
Birthday vouchers are available to members with an annual spend exceeding AUD $1,000 within a 12-month period.
Birthday vouchers are valid for a limited time and must be used within the stated expiry period.

Referral & Referee Rewards
Referral and referee rewards will be issued after the referee’s first completed visit, defined as a treatment with a minimum value of AUD $200.
Rewards will only be applied once the eligible treatment has been completed and paid in full.

Definition of First Visit
For the purpose of this program, a first visit is defined as the completion of an aesthetic treatment valued at AUD $200 or more.

Program Changes
Elanova Skin Clinic reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Membership Program and its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Professional Assessment
All treatments remain subject to professional consultation and suitability assessment. Rewards do not guarantee treatment eligibility.
